Terms of use

Play kind. Share responsibly.

These terms govern your use of Flashback: Camera Roll Game. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Who may use Flashback

You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires parental permission, you must have it.

Your media and conduct

You keep ownership of your media. You give us a temporary, limited license to encrypt, store, transmit, resize, and display media solely to run the private room you joined. Only submit media you have the right and permission to share.

Do not submit illegal, sexual, hateful, threatening, deceptive, harassing, exploitative, or privacy-invasive content. Do not use Flashback to bully, shame, rank attractiveness, impersonate others, violate intellectual-property rights, or disrupt a room. A host may remove participants, any owner may pull their media, and we may restrict access when necessary to protect people or the service.

Host Pass purchases

Weekly and yearly Host Passes are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. The weekly plan may include a three-day introductory free trial when shown by the App Store. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, Apple renews and charges the subscription at the price shown before purchase. The lifetime Host Pass is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Friends can join rooms without purchasing.

Availability

Flashback is provided on an “as available” basis. Rooms are temporary, links expire, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, capacity, or events outside our control. Do not use Flashback as permanent storage; keep your originals.

Termination

You may stop using Flashback at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flashback is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for content chosen by room participants. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Flashback during the twelve months before a claim, except where local law does not allow that limit.

Apple terms

Apple is not responsible for Flashback or its support. Your license is also governed by Apple's Standard EULA. If these terms conflict with mandatory consumer law, that law controls.
