Tell us what happened, your app version, and whether you were hosting or joining. Never email us the photos or videos from your room.

Email support

A room link does not open

Ask the host for the six-character room code and enter it manually. Rooms expire after 24 hours and cannot be joined after a game has started or ended.

Photos or videos are missing

Flashback respects limited library access and excludes hidden, recently deleted, screenshot, and screen-recording albums from automatic suggestions. You can change approved access in iOS Settings or use the manual picker.

A purchase is not showing

Open Flashback Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed into the Apple ID that made the purchase. You can manage an active subscription at Apple Subscriptions.

Report content or behavior

The media owner or host can remove a displayed item immediately, and the host can remove a participant before play begins or end the room. For safety, privacy, or abuse concerns, email us with the approximate time and room code. Do not attach the reported media.

Privacy requests

Flashback has no account. For an access or deletion request, email us from the device you used and include the approximate date of the room or purchase. We may ask for a non-sensitive identifier visible in the app to locate the request.
