On June 8, GCL Nengke officially released a series of self-developed products of GCL Energy Hub. The three core products of the "Three Musketeers", the shared battery pack and the digital operation platform, which took nearly a year to build, were unveiled, and provided a new option for the trend of travel electrification attracting global attention.
"The popularization of new energy vehicles is an important symbol of China's progress from a big automobile country to a powerful automobile country. The first "CSE" technical framework to solve the three major problems of the industry
In 2021, domestic sales of new energy vehicles will reach 3.52 million, with a year-on-year increase of 157.5%, and the number of vehicles will reach 7.84 million, far exceeding expectations. New energy vehicles are gradually being accepted by users, but the problem of energy supplementation still exists.
"The vitality and core competitiveness of the energy supplementation industry lies in standardization and linkage. The key to breaking the situation is to realize the integration from N to 1 and build an open and shared mobile energy interconnection ecology." In the so-called CSE, “C” means compatible and sharing, which solves the problem of the difficulty of compatibility of multiple vehicle models in the battery swap station, and achieves standardization and rapid promotion; “S” means smart and convenient, which solves the problem of passive adaptation, short lifespan, slow energy replenishment, difficulty in finding a station, and low efficiency of products, to provide users with the ultimate energy replenishment experience; “E” means economic and security, which solves the problem of large investment and high cost of battery swap stations, and greatly reduces the investment and operation costs of battery swap stations.
The super home hub is the most direct and vivid interpretation of "CSE". It is not only a giant green energy distribution center that is rechargeable, exchangeable, storable and sellable, but also deeply integrates the power supply of charging and battery swap, and the supply of wind and solar green energy, V2G microgrid energy storage, leisure and entertainment experience, and integrated services such as car sales, insurance, beauty, after-sales, logistics transfer, and digital management.

The "Three Musketeers" of GCL Energy Hub are commercial vehicle battery swap hub, logistics vehicle battery swap hub and passenger vehicle battery swap hub, covering all current application scenarios of new energy vehicles.
The dual-channel battery swap hub for commercial vehicles is compatible with mining trucks, tractors, dump trucks and sanitation vehicles. The lateral battery swap hub for logistics vehicles is the first urban battery swap product in the industry. By equipped with a liquid cooling system and optimizing the DOD control strategy, the battery life can be extended by 30%, and the battery pack warranty period exceeds 400,000 kilometers. The passenger car battery swap hub takes only 80 seconds for the whole process of battery swap, and can serve up to nearly 900 trains a day. A dual-channel battery swap hub can be compatible with a variety of different brands.
"Our battery swap hub is equipped with an optional backup battery sequence. The single and dual channels are designed on demand, without waiting, and can achieve rapid energy replenishment. Dual-channel products will double the service efficiency." Li Yujun emphasized, "The station layout can realize unattended operation, and the operator and user-end software have intelligent OTA function, which can be upgraded with one key, greatly prolonging the service life of the swap station.”

"Battery, as the asset with the highest cost in battery-swap operating expenses, is the core factor affecting the competitiveness of battery swap, and the core of energy replenishment is the comprehensive utilization of batteries." Li Yujun said, "With the interface standardization and the serialization of power, GCL Energy Hub's battery pack can apply to multiple vehicles and serve a variety of vehicle models; at the same time, the multi-mode BMS technology is used to enable one pack with multiple functions, which can be replaced, recharged and stored, and can cover more than 80% of commercial vehicles in the next three years. GCL Energy Hub will also realize the balanced use of batteries through internal and external circulation of batteries, prolong battery life, greatly reduce operating costs, and enhance the use value of battery packs throughout the life cycle.”
